MÖF und Hypertrophie

Hallo alle,

bei meinen letzten Check-Up steht in der Dopplerechocardiographie drin:

MÖF 2,3cm2 und grenzwertige LV-Hypertrophie.

MÖF bedeutet glaube ich Mitralklappenöffnungsfläche. Habe jetzt gelesen dass unter 2,5cm2 eine leichte Mitralstenose vorliegt. Muss ich mir da Sorgen mache bzw. weiß jemand was das genau bedeutet.

Und was bedeutet diese grenzwertige LV-Hypertrophie.
